Mazda R & D in Irvine, California introduces the all new 2010 Mazda3 and MAZDASPEED3 tuned cars at the 2009 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show. Both cars are painted to mimic the new Mazda3 World Challenge race car, but in a more subdued Crystal White Pearl basecoat with soft gray tone image. The scheme is a modern variant of the famous reputation of images on the Mazda 787B which won Le Mans in 1991 will be.
The limousine was sent to Tri-Point Engineering for a greater power. Between World Challenge race, Tri-Point installed their turbo kits, the use of a robust cast iron turbo manifold feeding a highly efficient Garrett GT2871R ball bearing turbo. To promote a mild 10 psi of the 2.5-liter MZR engine delivers more than 250 hp at the wheels (final alignment is still done). To handle this extra power, were the front brake rotors and calipers replaced by a MAZDASPEED3, while the rear rotors and calipers were obtained from a Mazda5. Double-coil-over suspension from KW-over suspension, coupled with a Tri-Point adjustable rear stabilizer provides therapy in harmony with the higher engine performance.
The Mazda3 and exterior details MAZDASPEED3 comes with grill inserts, mirrors, front fog lights bracket, the roof panel and chrome interior of the former informing all given a clear black finish and combined treatment with tinted windows, and dark red taillight lenses. Both cars rolling 8 x 19-inch wheels with 225/40-19 Bridgestone Potenza RE050A tires of the RX-8 R3. The wheels are forged aluminum, making them strength, low weight with one exception.

This says 2.5L engine…wtf?!? The 2010 have a 2.3L. Is the 2.5L going in the 2011? Is white going to be a color option? IF yes to both…sign me up.
