Since 1927, the Cadillac Fleetwood was an important part of the long, rich history of Cadillac. In most of Cadillac’s dominance in the automotive industry, the name seems to appear Fleetwood constant companion, the Caddy’s.
Five generations of the Cadillac Fleetwood models are offered in the market for many years. The first generation of Fleetwood is a four-door sedan with a D-body platform. The sedan was a 180-hp 7-liter V8 engine. Another model was added to the first version of Fleetwood: Fleetwood Brougham. The Fleetwood Brougham is smaller than the sedan, but has the same body D platform.
